EGYPT ITINERARY

Day 1: Friday, October 18 - Arrival Day

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will receive a private pick-up from the airport to the hotel in a shared twin room with an en-suite bathroom. Settle in and prepare for an unforgettable adventure.

Accommodation: Hotel in Cairo (check-in starts at 3pm)

Day 2: Saturday, October 19 - Pyramids and Museum

We kick off our day by diving into Egypt's fascinating past and we start with the Egyptian Museum, where countless treasures await. Next, prepare to be amazed by the sheer grandeur of the Great Pyramid of Giza and the majestic Sphinx. As the afternoon unfolds, we'll explore a stunning mosque before immersing ourselves in the lively atmosphere of Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, perfect for some unforgettable shopping adventures.

Day 3: Sunday, October 20 - Aswan Adventures

We are catching an early flight to Aswan and kick off the day with a visit to the enchanting Philae Temple. After checking into the hotel in the charming Nubian Village we have time to rest and after we will take a boat on the Nile to Mafia Island to try sandboarding and watch the mesmerizing sunset. Return to the hotel for a refreshing shower and a delightful Nubian dinner.

Day 4: Monday, October 21 - Abu Simbel Exploration

We will head on a long but incredibly rewarding bus journey to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples (optional) – but it is worth it! I promise :) After soaking in the breathtaking sights we return to the hotel for some free time. And end our day with a Nubian dinner and party, celebrating the day's adventures.

Day 5: Tuesday, October 22 - Luxor Highlights

After breakfast, we set off for Luxor to discover the unparalleled beauty of Karnak and Luxor Temples. We will check into our charming hotel right on the banks of the Nile River, where the serene views promise a tranquil escape. The evening is yours to soak in the magical ambiance of this historic city.

Day 6: Wednesday, October 23 - West Bank Wonders

For an unforgettable experience we have to wake up early for an optional sunrise hot air balloon ride over Luxor this will be a once in a lifetime experience. Afterwards we will visit the impressive Hatshepsut Temple and the Valley of Kings. You’ll have some time for optional shopping before continuing your journey.

Day 7: Thursday, October 24 - Red Sea Magic

We are driving by bus to Hurghada, where the stunning Red Sea awaits us. We have time to relax after this incredible schedule filled with new experiences and wonders. Spend your afternoon by the pool or the sea, or venture out to explore the city and indulge in some shopping.

Meals: All inclusive

Day 8: Friday, October 25 - Hurghada Escape

A day trip to one of the beautiful island of Hurghada, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters and soaking up the sun on pristine beaches. This beautiful day is perfect ending of our group adventure.

Day 9: Saturday, October 26 - Departure Day - Time to say goodbye

Early in the morning, we are catching our flight from Hurghada to Cairo International Airport where we will arrive around 10:45 AM and sadly our adventure will end there. You will take your flight back home filled with memories and a group of new friends.

price is based on double occupancy - you will share a room with a travel buddy the best way to make new friends.

Travel to and from Egypt

Flights

Everyone is responsible for their own air travel to and from Cairo, airfare is NOT included in the price. The best way to find flights to Cairo International Airport (CAI) is through Skyscanner CLICK HERE

Insurance

Everyone will need to take care of their own travel insurance. Travel Insurance is mandatory for this trip, if you don't already have one I can recommend you Safetywing which you can easily get insured for this trip CLICK HERE

Payment

The full amount will need to be paid by 7th of September 2024 by bank transfer only. Transfer fees need to be paid by the sender.

Down payment

After a confirmation that you are selected you will have to pay a down payment of 600 Euro, otherwise your spot will be given to another person.

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE!

In case of cancellations after down payment or last minute cancellations, payments will NOT be refunded. This is to cover the extra costs due to cancellations. The group trip is based on a set amount of people and therefore I can't refund any cancellations unfortunately.
